We accept federal insurance- traditional Medicare Part B coverage (outpatient Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy in the home).

 We also accept cash or check for non medically necessary services such as:

• Wellness services such as health coaching 

• Soft tissue massage

• Maintenance programs

• Personal training 

For traditional Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, all private/commercial insurances are considered out of network, and would require private payment up front, however, if you have out of network benefits, we will submit a bill to your insurance company, and credit you with any payments received, or if desired, we can provide the bill to you to submit for reimbursement.
